Role Description
The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final execution, ensuring that spaces are functional, aesthetically aligned with client expectations, and consistent with Home Square’s brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements,



developing design concepts and mood boards, preparing detailed layouts and construction drawings, and selecting appropriate materials, finishes, tiles, and bathware from Home Square’s product range. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards, as well as conducting site visits to oversee implementation and resolve design challenges. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, contribute to design guidelines, and support showroom presentations and visual merchandising when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
