Synechron is seeking a
Full-Stack Developer
to build, enhance, and support scalable web applications using
.NET/C#
,
React
, and
AWS
. This role contributes to end-to-end software delivery, from design and development through deployment and production support, helping deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing digital solutions.

Required
Software Requirements
- .NET 6/7+, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework
- React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- AWS: hands-on experience with at least 3–4 of the following: Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch
- SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with NoSQL
- Docker, Git
- CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
- Security implementation using OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS

Preferred
- Redux
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Experience with observability, performance tuning, and deployment automation

Overall Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and React
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services




- Implement and manage AWS-based application components
- Create clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Build responsive UI components using React and TypeScript
- Support deployments through CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize SQL/NoSQL data access and application performance
- Troubleshoot production issues and support root-cause resolution
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and engineering improvement efforts

Scripting for automation

Databases / Data Management
Essential:
SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL, RDS, familiarity with DynamoDB or other NoSQL platforms
