Job Profile

The role is to understand existing project workflow, establish BIM workflow and implement the workflow in RUPL projects. The primary responsibility involves preparation and implementation of BIM execution plan including goal and uses, responsibility matrix, deliverable list, delivery schedule, BIM standard development, design authoring, model review, coordination, quality control etc., for all BIM projects at RUPL

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM workflows, and digital delivery processes in compliance with ISO 19650 and company standards.
- Coordinate BIM delivery across design and construction phases, acting as the primary point of contact for consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination and Issues.
- Support model/design authoring across disciplines, ensuring models are developed to the agreed LOD and coordinated inputs are available for design validation.
- Review, coordinate, and validate federated BIM models, conduct clash detection,



monitor model health, and ensure timely resolution of design and coordination issues.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of BIM models, drawings, schedules, quantities, and project deliverables.
- Prepare project progress reports, monitor BIM deliverables, and drive adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Develop and support 4D/5D BIM workflows, simulations, digital documentation, and model-based construction deliverables.
- Manage BIM software, templates, content libraries, and standards while evaluating and implementing recent digital technologies.
- Provide BIM training, technical support, and knowledge sharing to internal teams, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, promote BIM best practices, and support visualization deliverables, including rendered images and VR walkthroughs.
