Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead our all-girls residential school. The successful candidate will provide strong academic, operational, and pastoral leadership, ensuring excellence in education, student welfare, and boarding life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all academic and residential school operations.
- Drive student achievement and holistic development.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and disciplined boarding environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and residential staff.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.
- Ensure compliance with educational, safeguarding, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:




- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in school leadership (Principal, Vice Principal, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of curriculum, student welfare, and boarding school operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to empowering young women through education.

Preferred:
- Experience in a girls' school and/or residential boarding workplace.
- Track record of improving academic outcomes and school culture.
