Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review and negotiate contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Draft, review, and manage software licensing agreements to protect intellectual property rights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigating them through effective contract management practices.
- Provide guidance on contract interpretation, dispute resolution, and risk assessment to internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in contract review, drafting, or negotiation in the IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of MSAs, NDAs, software licensing agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
