Virtualisation Engineering Specialist

Colleague Technology - Endpoint Digital Engineering services are looking for an experienced Virtualisation Engineering Specialist with extensive knowledge of a range of virtualization platforms (Horizon, Microsoft Azure, AWS Citrix is a must)

This role specializes in Cloud, Server, Network, Messaging, Mainframe, Architecture, Storage, and Application Engineering. It encompasses designing, developing, and implementing technical products and systems while managing strategies, standards, and emerging technologies. The position provides advanced engineering support, recommends design enhancements, leads engineering teams, and drives training and mentoring initiatives. Additionally, it oversees policies, budgets, and project plans, supports strategic initiatives, collaborates closely with project management,



and delivers advanced hardware and operating system support. You will also be responsible for documenting operational procedures, driving service efficiency improvements, and actively engaging in projects or core business activities as directed. Staying current with virtual technologies and industry advancements is essential to success in this role.
