About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented eCommerce Marketplace Operations & Product Research Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our growing eCommerce business. This role will work closely with the Marketplace Operations team to manage operations on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy and other Marketplaces, conduct product research, maintain marketplace listings, monitor inventory and performance, and ensure smooth operational execution across online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of how third party marketplaces operate , excellent analytical skills,



and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams in a rapid-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, Etsy and other eCommerce platforms.
- Work within the seller portal to manage listings, inventory, catalog updates, account operations, and marketplace performance.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and product attributes.
- Monitor listing health and resolve catalog issues, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, variation issues, and other listing-related problems.
- Conduct primary product research using marketplace research tools to identify profitable product opportunities.
- Analyze product demand, competition, pricing, profitability, customer trends, and sales performance before product selection.
