Role Purpose

The role is responsible for executing day-to-day GRC delivery activities, including control testing, evidence review, documentation, and operational issue support, in line with defined methodologies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute control testing activities in accordance with approved test plan and procedures.
- Perform evidence collection, validation, and analysis to support assurance conclusions.
- Coordination with the stakeholders for data requirement, process understanding, Issue discussions and required support.
- Accurately document testing results, observations, and supporting rationale in GRC tools.
- Maintain testing documentation, working papers, and control records to ensure audit readiness.
- Seek clarifications proactively and escalate uncertainties to leads.
- Support issue monitoring activities, including status updates and evidence tracking.
- Perform GRC tool updates related to issues, action plans, and remediation evidence.
- Assist in data extraction and basic reporting for GRC dashboards.




- Support 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) trainings, including coordination and documentation

Qualifications and Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 4-5 years of post qualification experience in GRC, internal audit, risk assurance, compliance testing, or similar roles.
- Hands on experience in:
- Control testing and evidence review
- Documentation of testing results and observations
- Supporting issue tracking and remediation activities
- Working with structured methodologies and defined SOPs
- Working or basic exposure to GRC tools
- Foundational understanding of COSO / ERM frameworks
- Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, or assurance engagements
