About the Role

KapdaWorld (Dinesh Brothers) is looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Account Head to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and team management, with the ability to drive financial discipline and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts department.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits.




- Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com
- Experience: Minimum 17 years in Finance & Accounts, including leadership experience.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and audit.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, ERP systems, and Advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
