Job Description:

R Systems is seeking an experienced **ServiceNow Consultant** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ServiceNow development, implementation, and leadership, with a keen understanding of ITSM modules. This role is critical in ensuring our clients get the most streamlined and efficient processes through the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules according to business needs.
- Lead projects focusing on ITSM implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.




- Mentor junior team members and provide training on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning for optimal operation of ServiceNow instances.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong proficiency as a **ServiceNow Developer** and **ServiceNow Lead**.
- Extensive experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully leading ServiceNow projects from inception to completion.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for ServiceNow customization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
