Job Title: House Keeping Associate

Location: Delhi

Salary: 18,000 - 22,000

Experience: 1–2 years (Hospitality experience mandatory)

*Role Summary*

The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and

presentation across guest rooms and public areas. This role plays a critical part in delivering a

comfortable and memorable guest experience.

*Key Responsibilities*

Room Operations
- Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms as per SOPs
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities
- Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and well-stocked
- Conduct room checks before marking them as ready

Public Area Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, staircases, and washrooms
- Ensure all common areas are presentable at all times





Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Front Office on room status updates
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items
- Ensure proper handling of guest belongings

Inventory & Hygiene
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately
- Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping (hospitality preferred)
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and chemicals
- Physically fit with attention to detail
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
