We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Club Membership Fees Executives.

In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with our valued club members, assisting them with outstanding membership dues, resolving billing-related concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact members regarding pending membership dues

• Assist customers with billing clarifications and payment support

• Build positive relationships with members through professional communication





• Maintain accurate payment records and follow-up updates

• Work towards achieving monthly targets

• Handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

• Confident speaking and negotiation abilities

• Target-oriented and self-motivated individuals

• Prior experience in collections, customer service, tele-calling, recovery, or sales is preferred

• Immediate joiners will be given preference

Additional language skills will be an added advantage.
