We are hiring driven individuals for a field sales and customer acquisition role, where you will learn and execute the end-to-end sales process while building merchant and partner relationships to drive Paytm app adoption, user acquisition and payments on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Acquisition

• Learn and execute the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing.

• Acquire and onboard current customers through field activities, and ensure newly acquired users complete their first transaction.

• Generate daily leads and maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline.

• Achieve assigned sales/acquisition targets within the training territory or segment.

Partnerships & Channel Development





• Build and maintain relationships with brands, businesses, malls, colleges/schools, coaching centers, canteens, parking operators, retail stores, and residential societies (RWAs).

• Identify high-footfall locations for customer acquisition activities.

• Coordinate with merchants to run activation drives and promotional campaigns.

• Conduct awareness campaigns across colleges, malls, parking facilities, local markets, and institutions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of sales and acquisition targets.

• First-transaction conversion rate.

• Number of merchant partnerships activated.

• Daily field visits and activation drives conducted.
