Role Description
The Healthcare Verification Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, perks, and eligibility with providers and payers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing documentation, updating internal systems,



resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound communication, respond to verification-related queries, and provide clear, professional customer service. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, following standard operating procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement in verification workflows and service quality.
