The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life.

The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence
- Learning Need assessment
- creating calendars
- Interacting with various stakeholders understanding the learning priorities for the year
- Interacting with learning SPOCs and collating requirements
- Assisting in providing solution to new requirements
- Creating yearly/ quarterly calendars LD budgeting planning
- Assisting in creating learning budget basis learning priorities and requirements Project manage learning initiatives/programs
- Work back with the deployment LD Associates to ensure smooth deployment per plan and monitor deployment to ensure timely escalations and troubleshooting in case of any challenges
- Ensure timely creation of recent courses on SuccessFactors (LMS)
- Liaise with business to create business cases and ensure the business need is a
