About the Role

As Refyne scales, we face new challenges every day that require smart planning, quick problem-solving, and close teamwork. This is where you come in. As an Associate Manager in the Founder’s Office, you’ll work directly with our leadership team on the projects that matter most. This is a high-ownership role for someone who moves between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution with ease.

One day you might be building a business case for investors, and the next you could be digging into data, fixing an operational bottleneck, or researching a new market. Your ability to cut through the noise and make sense of complex problems will help our leadership team make better, faster decisions.

How You'll Make an Impact

Every day will be different, but here's what you can expect:
- Partner directly with the Founder’s Office to execute high-priority strategic projects across the entire business.
- Conduct deep market research, track competitive trends, and identify new growth opportunities and risks.




- Create structured business cases and investor-ready presentations that simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful stories.
- Gather and analyze business data to give leadership the clear, actionable insights they need to make rapid decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards across platforms like HubSpot, Excel, and MIS to keep a pulse on company health.
- Build smart SOPs and streamline workflows to help the team execute faster and more efficiently.
- Take big, open-ended business questions, break them down independently, and come back with clear recommendations.
- Develop intelligence frameworks and battle cards to keep us steps ahead of the market.
- Work closely with teams across the company to understand operational challenges, gather on-ground insights, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
- Own special projects from the original idea to final delivery, ensuring we hit our goals and measure real outcomes.
