The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for generating recent business
leads, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, and achieving individual and
team sales targets. You will work closely with the marketing, digital operations, and client
delivery teams to align client needs with our offerings, ensuring a seamless transition from
sales to project execution. Your expertise in digital marketing will be key in articulating the
value of our services and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.
Targets: Meet or exceed sales, lead conversion, and other performance targets as set by
the Vice President - Business Development (VPBD) / Head - Business Development (HBD)
or Senior Management.
Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and research potential clients through various
channels, including online platforms, networking events, trade shows, and referrals. Qualify
leads based on their potential fit with our services and their readiness to engage in
discussions.
Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a detailed sales pipeline in the CRM
system, such as Zoho CRM or other lead management systems, tracking all interactions with
prospects and clients. Monitor the progress of leads through the sales funnel, ensuring
timely follow-ups and engagement.
Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients via cold calling,
emailing, and social media outreach. Build rapport and trust with clients to understand their
needs and position Ralecons services as effective solutions.
Needs Assessment and Solution Development: Conduct in-depth assessments of client
needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals that align with client requirements and
showcase our expertise.
