About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Product Manager
to drive the development and growth of a consumer-facing matrimony platform. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in software product management, with a strong understanding of digital products, user experience, CRM, and project management.

Experience in matrimony, matchmaking, dating, e-commerce, social networking, or other B2C digital platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirement gathering and planning to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Analyse user behaviour and identify opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories,



and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technology, UI/UX, marketing, sales, and customer support teams for successful product delivery.
- Manage product backlogs, priorities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Leverage CRM and customer data to improve user engagement and lifecycle management.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous product improvements.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new product features and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate product releases and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Software Product Management or Digital Product Management.
- Experience managing web and/or mobile-based consumer products.
