About the Role:

As the Deputy General Manager/ Assistant General Manager - Administrator, you will be entrusted with complete oversight of the institute’s administrative affairs. This includes leadership of hostel wardens and campus admin staff, and responsibility for infrastructure, procurement, hostel and mess management, security, and government liaison. You will be expected to uphold and enhance service quality, student satisfaction, compliance, and cost-effectiveness across all support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and supervise a diverse team of hostel wardens and administrative support staff.
- Foster a disciplined, service-oriented, and responsive administrative culture.
- Drive continuous improvement through structured team reviews and capacity building.

Campus Administration
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring administrative efficiency and institutional standards.
- All breakdown services are to be reported within the TAT period.
- All compliances to be met within the TAT period.




- All AMCs for preventive maintenance.

Infrastructure & Maintenance
- Manage capital projects, campus development initiatives, and ensure optimal use of the revenue budget.
- Supervise preventive maintenance, AMC tracking, and campus repair work.
- Maintain infrastructure quality through rigorous audit and vendor performance monitoring.

Procurement & Vendor Oversight
- Plan and supervise all procurement activities, ensuring transparency, cost-efficiency, and quality.
- Maintain an up-to-date and verified vendor database.
- Oversee the disposal of scrap items and ensure accurate documentation of procurement processes.

Safety, Security & Compliance
- Implement and monitor campus security systems and safety protocols.
- Maintain logs for visitor entry/exit, material movement, and sold scrapped assets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and coordinate periodic audits.
- CCTV cameras maintenance
