Your Role & Key deliverables:

In this role, you will be the ultimate custodian of company’s various platform’s stability, risk management while achieving the following:

1. Strategic Credit Risk Management:

• Credit Portfolio Engineering: Define the firm’s Risk Appetite and Risk Strategy to optimize the

risk-return profile of future loan disbursals. The platform has already sophisticated risk

management framework and disbursed ₹17,000 Cr+ amount worth of loans. Now it needs to be reworked for future growth.

• Quantitative Strategy: Oversee the lifecycle of proprietary Risk Models, ensuring rigorous Model

Validation and the deployment of real-time Early Warning Systems (EWS).

2. Enterprise & Operational Governance:

• ERM Framework Design: Build an end-to-end Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) roadmap,

integrating RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) into the DNA of every business unit.

• Prudential & IT Risk: Mitigate systemic vulnerabilities across IT infrastructure, Cyber-security, and

Business Continuity Planning (BCP).

• Transactional Integrity:



Minimize Transactional Risk and fraud through automated, data-driven

surveillance and KRI monitoring.

3. Regulatory Advocacy & Leadership:

• Regulatory Diplomacy: Act as the primary interface for any regulatory bodies, shaping the

platform's posture on Prudential Risk and Regulatory Information Services (RIS).

• Board-Level Reporting: Translate complex risk metrics into strategic insights for the Board and

investors, fostering a culture of transparency and proactive risk-taking

4. Organizational Leadership & Team Building

• Function Design: Post-onboarding, you will be responsible for strengthening, mentoring, and

leading a high-performing Risk Team.

• Culture Transformation: Evangelize a "Risk-as-an-Enabler" culture across the organization,

ensuring every business unit operates within established guardrails.
