What you'll do
- Design and develop custom Odoo modules.
- Build and extend models, views, workflows, and business logic.
- Integrate Odoo with Django and external services.
- Develop workflows for CRM, sales, procurement, suppliers, HR, accounting, invoicing, subscriptions, and payments.
- Design multi-company and multi-currency solutions.
- Build reports, dashboards, and business documents.
- Handle data imports, exports, migrations, and synchronization.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain code quality.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to design scalable business processes.

What we're looking for
- 5+ years of qualified Odoo development experience.
- Strong Python and Odoo ORM knowledge.
- Experience developing custom Odoo modules from scratch.
- Strong understanding of ERP, accounting, invoicing, procurement, or business operations.




- Experience with multi-company environments and access rules.
- Ability to design scalable solutions and explain technical decisions clearly.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of features.

Nice to have
- Experience integrating Odoo with Django.
- Experience with payment gateways, subscription billing, or financial workflows.
- Knowledge of Indian GST or international accounting processes.
- Experience upgrading and maintaining Odoo installations.
