JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure 100% HSE compliances.
- To ensure of 100% GMP compliances.
- To maintain uninterrupted utilities supply to the users.
- To ensure the execution of preventive maintenance & break down maintenance as per schedule and check list.
- Ensure and monitor the execution of preventive maintenance as per schedule and check list.
- To monitor and control utility equipments & parameters maintained well within the limits.
- Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Utility Equipment’s and follow the Standard Maintenance procedures and following Good Engineering Practices.
- Preparation of Daily and Monthly Utility review reports and Energy trackers.
- Responsible for adherence to Positive Documentation & Good Manufacturing practices by continuous training to the Operating teams.
- To review the Documentation related to Process, General and Utility equipment’s
- To maintain the Utility areas in presentable and ready for any time audit readiness.




- To drive and maintain Energy Conservation initiatives in utility areas.
- Ensure of utility equipment’s operated with optimum running hours and efficiently.
- Coordination with intra & inter departments & ensure of the user requirements and maintained the equipment’s in good engineering standard.
- To monitor and control the critical spares inventory and coordination with purchase department.
- To ensure the job ordered monitored and executed and closed online and real times.
- Continuous improvements towards the uptime of the equipment’s.
- To coordinate with outside vendors for repairing work.
- To monitor and maintain housekeeping at workplace & utility area.
- To impart regular shop floor training to technicians.
- Any other responsibility assigned by Manager.
