Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will:
- Assist in sourcing & screening candidates through various job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support in day-to-day HR operations including documentation, onboarding, and database management.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication initiatives.
- Assist in HR administration tasks like maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling queries.
- Provide support to the HR team in various ongoing projects and ad-hoc tasks.

- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
