Business Analyst-Incubation

Role Objective: The Business Analyst / Product Manager will be responsible for driving business requirement analysis, digital transformation, and product/process optimization, while also demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset to identify, evaluate, and incubate recent business ideas and revenue streams. The role partners closely with business, technology, and leadership teams to deliver scalable, data-driven outcomes and long-term business value. Responsibilities basis JD: 1. Business Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement • Conduct detailed discussions with business stakeholders to understand, document, and validate requirements • Analyze and map Business Requirement Documents (BRD) / Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) for clarity, completeness, and accuracy • Act as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment • Manage ongoing stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle 2.
