We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented
Sales & Customer Relationship Manager
to join our growing team.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Convert inbound enquiries and qualified leads into successful property bookings.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Negotiate effectively and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey.
- Ensure seamless coordination from enquiry to booking, documentation, and possession.




- Resolve customer queries promptly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

CRM & Customer Experience
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
- Track sales activities, follow-ups, and communication history.
- Prepare periodic sales and customer satisfaction reports.
- Develop customer engagement initiatives to improve retention and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

✔ Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field

✔ 3–5 years of experience in Sales, CRM, or Client Servicing (Real Estate experience preferred)

✔ Strong track record of achieving sales targets

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✔ Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools

✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✔ Fluency in English (Hindi or other regional languages will be an added advantage)
