Key Responsibilities

The Program Director will be responsible for:

 Integrating multiple donor-funded projects into a coherent development model

 Driving community-level outcomes across sectors

 Building replicable systems, frameworks, and playbooks

 Ensuring high-quality, disciplined execution at scale

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and model-building.

 Build and refine Integrated Rural Development Model

 Ensure all projects contribute to a unified system, not fragmented delivery

Program Delivery & Performance

 Ensure: Targets are met ,Timelines are adhered to ,Budgets are managed effectively

 Maintain high standards of:  Quality  Consistency  Field execution

Team Leadership

 Lead and manage:  Senior Program Managers  Project Managers  Build

 Leadership capability

 Knowledge is documented and institutionalized

Stakeholder Management





 Manage key stakeholders at field level:

 Donors (operational engagement)  Local partners  Government officials

Solid experience in:  Multi-sector rural development  Managing large, complex programs

Experience working with:  CSR donors  Government systems (preferred)
