Salesforce Agentforce (Agentic AI) Developer
with hands-on experience in Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Salesforce development to build intelligent AI agents and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
- Configure Agentforce topics, actions, and skills.
- Build intelligent conversational experiences using Prompt Builder.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Flows, Apex Actions, and external APIs.
- Develop custom Apex classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implement AI-driven automation using Einstein AI and Data Cloud.
- Optimize prompts and improve AI agent performance.
- Ensure secure AI implementations using the Salesforce AI Trust Layer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills
✔ 4–6 years of Salesforce Development experience.
✔ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
✔ Strong knowledge of Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and REST APIs.
✔ Understanding of AI automation, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
✔ Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce AI Associate Certification (Preferred)
- Salesforce AI Specialist Certification (Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
- Experience with Agentforce implementations is highly desirable.
