Role Description
- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of development programs to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Manage and support the Field team in
Karnal and Panipat district
by providing guidance, resolving operational issues, and ensuring quality field execution.
- Conduct field visits to monitor activities, track program progress, and ensure interventions are implemented effectively.
- Identify field-level challenges, recommend solutions,



and ensure project stay on track and achieve the desired outcomes.
- Ensure timely submission of field reports, updates, and documentation to the central team.
- Maintain high standards of program quality by ensuring all activities are executed as per defined processes, timelines, and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications
- Minimum
2 years of work experience
, preferably in the development, social impact, or NGO sector.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in coordinating programs or managing field teams is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of
Microsoft Office
, especially
MS Excel
.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in
English and Hindi
.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Karnal, Panipat, and nearby villages.

Compensation
: 4.2 - 4.8 LPA
