- Patient Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls with Bengali-speaking patients to explain treatments, follow-up schedules, and service options.
- Scheduling: Book, confirm, reschedule, and manage patient appointments for consultations and procedures.
- Lead Conversion: Educate prospective patients about health checkups, packages, or specialized services.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between the patient, doctors, and clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Data Management: Update patient records, manage CRM databases, and log call outcomes daily.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
