Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the planning, execution, operation, and maintenance of all electrical and MEP systems across large-scale infrastructure and institutional facilities. The incumbent will report directly to the Director and will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted utility operations, project execution, statutory compliance, and strategic planning for all electrical, plumbing, and allied engineering services. The role requires robust leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in managing large facilities and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Director and provide strategic guidance on all electrical engineering, MEP, and infrastructure-related matters.
- Lead the planning, execution, commissioning,



and maintenance of electrical projects across the organization.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS, switchgear, electrical panels, power distribution systems, lighting, and utilities.
- Ensure effective maintenance and operational management of plumbing and allied utility services.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Manage Building Management Systems (BMS), Digital Monitoring Systems (Digi), automation platforms, and smart facility technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare annual maintenance plans, project schedules, budgets, and capital expenditure proposals for management approval.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, electrical safety standards, fire safety norms, and environmental requirements.
