Role Description
The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns to grow Mizaj’s customer base and increase sales across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid advertising campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining targeting strategies to improve ROI. The role involves collaborating with the creative and branding teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages aligned with the brand’s positioning. The Performance Marketer will analyze customer behavior, segment audiences, and implement remarketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions. This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai,
requiring close coordination with store and operations teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in performance marketing, including managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital channels.
