Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Sales Assistant role based in Coimbatore. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. Key responsibilities include client interaction, processing sales orders, coordination with internal departments for order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service.



The role also involves supporting the preparation of sales reports and assisting in market research as needed.

Job Requirements
- Handle international sales inquiries and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close export deals.
- Coordinate dispatch of goods with production and logistics teams.
- Prepare and manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and Incoterms.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Maintain sales and dispatch records for reporting purposes.
- Ready to travel to different locations for marketing, sales meetings, client visits, and business development activities
