Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying new construction projects, generating leads, maintaining customer data, and supporting business growth through regular field visits and follow-ups. The role involves coordinating with the sales team and ensuring all potential customer enquiries are tracked until closure.

Key ResponsibilitiesField Marketing
- Conduct daily field visits to identify new residential and commercial construction projects.
- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, and engineers to generate business leads.
- Collect customer details such as Name, Contact Number, Location, Project Status,



and Requirement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and project owners.

Lead Management
- Record all collected leads in the prescribed Lead Tracking Sheet.
- Ensure all lead information is accurate and updated regularly.
- Classify leads based on project stage and customer requirements.
- Submit daily and weekly lead reports to the reporting manager.

Customer Follow-up
- Visit the office as scheduled to make follow-up calls to collected leads.
- Contact customers to understand their project progress and product requirements.
- Schedule showroom visits whenever possible.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified leads and customer appointments.
- Update every follow-up status in the CRM/Lead Sheet.

Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Generate referrals through existing customers, builders, and
