Role : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead the entire Sales & Service operations. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing service delivery, building high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence to achieve aggressive business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full Sales & Service function, including field sales, key account management, technical support, and after-sales service teams.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, process optimization, resource allocation, and team performance across sales and service departments.
- Monitor key performance metrics (revenue, margins, service KPIs, customer retention, productivity) and implement corrective actions.
- Build solid relationships with major clients, contractors, and channel partners in the electrical equipment segment.

Preferred candidate profile : Must have 8-12 Years experience with any reputed firm.
