Define , implement/customize and support Warehouse and Logistic function using SAP and other IT applications as a tool to improve business agility, growth and responsiveness and enhance processes and IT compliance.

Job Context Major Challenges

Major Challenges:
Challenge is to provide 24X7 supports for business function with minimum application issues with tight service levels to business users as delay in resolution impacts business function.
The role also considers application implementation, getting deeper on daily status and on time delivery. Getting business function agreement and alignment.

Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Application Management Ensure the Business Support on daily ticket monitoring and Application stability.
Achieve 100% SLA and ensure all deliverables are as per the agreed timeline KRA2 People Management Develop strong working relationships with key IT and Business function.
Communicate with other departments/formats efficiently and effectively.




Manage and mentor support team KRA3 Data Management Monitor and manage data hygiene across the application through exception reporting system
Ensure timely availability of data ( MIS) through reports, dashboards, tools for supporting business decision making KRA4 Business Application Customization To support business teams during application roll out and to make sure that roll out of recent business applications is seamless and without loss of any business critical function and data
Understand and document business requirements preparation with support from business users
Understand new features and ensure system configuration that accurately maps process workflow, optimizes processes and data and zero process and data leak.
To develop functional specifications for custom program, change requests and reports
To support UAT during rollouts and implementation
