The Senior Manager, India Communications is the most senior communications leader in one of our most important and complex markets. Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer (New York) and partnering closely with the Managing Director – India and the India Leadership Team, this role serves as a strategic advisor, operator and connector, linking local impact with global narrative.

This leader will oversee all internal, external, change and brand related communications for the India business, including manufacturing operations, while collaborating closely with global and regional stakeholders and Suntory Holdings colleagues in India and Tokyo.

Role Responsibilities
Strategic Communications Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of integrated internal and external communications strategies for India,



aligned with global communications priorities.
- Serve as a trusted communications advisor to the India Leadership Team, offering strategic counsel on narrative, positioning and stakeholder engagement.

Internal & Employee Communications
- Strengthen culture, engagement and alignment through compelling employee communications, including town halls and leadership communications.
- Localize global messages for India audiences and elevate India’s people, performance and culture through global channels.

External Communications & Corporate Reputation
- Build, protect, and enhance Suntory Global Spirits’ corporate reputation in India.
- Lead proactive and reactive media relations, cultivating robust relationships with key business, trade and sector media.
- Act as a lead communicator on issues and crisis situations, partnering with Legal, HR, Public Affairs, and business leaders.
