Role Description
The Chief Business Officer will lead the overall business strategy, growth,



and commercial operations for Saffr'n, ensuring alignment between brand vision, financial performance, and market expansion. This full-time role is based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, overseeing operations, supply chain, inventory management, driving revenue growth through new markets and partnerships, and guiding key decisions on pricing, product positioning, and channel strategy. The Chief Business Officer will collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations, and finance) to optimize business performance, improve processes, and build scalable frameworks for sustainable growth. The role also includes managing external stakeholders, mentoring team members, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and industry
