We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced L2 Post-Sales Engineer to join our team in the DC Business unit. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support, implementation, and optimization for deployed solutions in servers, storage, virtualization, HCI, and business continuity.

Roles and Responsibility
- Provide technical support and implementation for deployed solutions in various technologies.
- Optimize existing systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with OEMs to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Train and guide customers on the use of deployed solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to products or services.

Job Requirements




- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT solutions.
- Solid knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, HCI, and business continuity.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with OEMs like DE and JD is an added advantage.
