Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy to Execution

• Build ecosystem presence for external Impact

• Track cross-functional progress across Product, Academics, Growth & Ops

• Identify bottlenecks and drive corrective action

• Ensure delivery discipline across strategic initiatives

2. CEO Leverage

• Prepare structured briefs for major decisions





• Run weekly executive reviews

• Protect the Mngt time from low-leverage activities

• Ensure follow-through from leadership meetings

3. Cross-Functional Alignment

• Resolve ownership ambiguity

• Improve collaboration across teams

• Align hybrid (offline + digital) strategy execution

• Build operating cadence and governance rhythm

4. Special Projects

• Lead AI-integration initiatives

• Drive transformation sprints

• Support partnerships, recent initiatives, and strategic expansions
