Role Description
The Youth Lead is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing youth-focused programs, workshops, and community activities, ensuring they align with organizational goals and local needs. The Youth Lead will engage directly with young people, facilitate group sessions, provide guidance and mentorship, and create safe,



inclusive spaces for participation. Daily tasks include coordinating with schools, community partners, and stakeholders, managing program schedules and logistics, and tracking participation and outcomes. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining documentation, supporting outreach and communication efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to improve program quality and impact.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Youth Leadership skills, including the ability to guide, motivate, and support young people in diverse settings.
- Candidates should possess experience in Youth Programs and Youth Work, with a track record of designing, delivering, or coordinating structured activities for youth.
