Role Description
The Caller will work full time on-site in New Delhi, engaging with prospective and existing clients over the phone to understand their requirements and share information about Sycorian’s services. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls,



updating and maintaining client records and coordinating with internal teams to support the matchmaking process. The Caller will handle basic queries, schedule appointments or follow-ups and ensure clear, polite and skilled communication at all times. The role requires consistent adherence to company guidelines and sensitivity to diverse cultural and family backgrounds.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to speak confidently and clearly over the phone.
