Within Nuclear New Build (NNB) engineering organization, the Lead Process Engineer holds full responsibility for the assigned Process Engineering scope, ensuring technical excellence, the quality of deliverables, and adherence to schedule and cost targets throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities – Lead Process Engineer
As a Lead Process Engineer, you will play a central role in driving the technical execution of complex power generation projects. Your main responsibilities will include:

Project & Contract Execution
- Represent the Process Engineering scope within the project team.
- Take over the project from the Tendering team, including review of the Division of Work, contract documentation, and risk log.
- Perform contract review, identify risks and opportunities, and propose technical deviations and clarifications to the Project Engineering Manager.

Planning & Coordination
- Contribute to the development of the overall engineering schedule and manage the planning of Process Engineering activities.




- Support resource planning at both project and functional levels.
- Coordinate daily with other Lead Engineers (calculations, arrangement, mechanical equipment, piping & valves, electrical, etc.).
- Ensure productive communication across teams, functions, as well as with the partners and the client.

Process Engineering Activities
- Lead and perform the following engineering tasks, supported by the team of Process engineers and internal experts:
- Process system design including P&IDs;, System Design Manuals, control logic diagrams, management of mechanical/electrical/I&C; interfaces.
- Nuclear safety, functional safety, and RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) studies.
- Manage mechanical and functional interfaces with customers and partners.
- Participate in technical meetings with clients and partners related to your scope.
