Urgent Hiring for E-commerce Accounts Executive

Key Skills They Must Have

✅ Hands-on experience with UniReco

✅ Experience reconciling Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify

✅ Understanding of marketplace payouts and settlement reports

✅ Return reconciliation

✅ Knowledge of commission, shipping, TCS, TDS, and GST deductions

✅ Ability to identify short payments and raise claims

✅ Positive Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query is a bonus)

✅ Experience with Tally is preferred

✅ Knowledge of Uniware is a plus

Daily Responsibilities

Download and reconcile marketplace settlement reports

Reconcile orders, returns, refunds, and payouts

Identify revenue leakages:

Short payments

Excess commission

Wrong shipping deductions

Missing reimbursements

Lost return claims

Raise disputes with marketplaces

Update reconciliation tracker

Coordinate with the accounts team for accounting entries

Submit daily/weekly reconciliation MIS

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
- E commerce Accounts : 5 years (Required)
