Senior Specialist, Oncology Marketing Engagement Analytics, DHH

The Senior Specialist, Oncology Marketing Engagement Analytics, DHH will be responsible for developing and delivering data and analytics, generating strategic insights, and addressing key business questions from the Global Oncology Marketing team to inform current and future pipeline biomarker strategies. The team member will partner closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including global marketing, regional marketing, clinical, outcomes research, medical affairs, as well as across the depth of the DHH organization.

Reporting to Associate Director, Oncology Marketing Engagement Analytics, within DHH,



this role will lead development of analytics capabilities for the innovative oncology new products and companion diagnostic priorities enabling the oncology new asset pipeline.

The successful candidate will connect the dots across DHH capability functions like market research, forecasting, payer insights analytics, data science, data strategy solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Portfolio Analytics: Develop and synthesize cross-portfolio insights to support oncology pipeline and biomarker strategy decisions; contribute to building scalable analytics capabilities aligned to marketing and launch frameworks.

Analytics Delivery: Execute hands-on analytics using Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI; leverage advanced analytics and automation (including GenAI where appropriate) to accelerate insight generation and enhance storytelling; apply patient-flow and simulation-based modeling techniques.

Benchmarking Analytics: Conduct benchmarking analyses to generate actionable insights and translate findings into explicit bus
