Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Domestic IT recruitment.
- Hire for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and project-based requirements.
- Source, screen, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Coordinate with direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors to close positions.
- Manage multiple IT requirements and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in IT Contract Staffing.
- Experience working with direct clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
