Role Description
The Brand Designer will be responsible for developing and refining brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual systems that align with client and company objectives. Day-to-day work includes creating visual concepts, designing marketing and communication materials, preparing brand guidelines, and collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand application across all channels. The role involves presenting design concepts, iterating based on feedback,



and maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Brand Identity and Branding, with experience creating cohesive visual systems and brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in Brand Design and Visual Design, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Advanced Graphic Design abilities, with hands-on experience using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Ability to translate strategy and content into clear visual narratives, and to adapt designs for print, digital, and social media formats.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand and visual design work, attention to detail, and problem-solving through design.
