Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Finance Leader to own end-to-end finance across company and fund entities, including accounting, reporting, compliance, tax, legal documentation, and internal controls. The role also covers investment analysis, fund operations, LP coordination, and equity management. This is a hands-on role requiring experience in VC/PE or complex multi-entity environments, with exposure to US-based companies and a strong understanding of US corporate, tax, and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end finance operations across entities, including accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax, cash flow planning, and internal controls
• Manage day-to-day financial operations including AP/AR, banking, payments, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance across jurisdictions and maintain robust risk management and governance processes, including company agreements and documentation
• Maintain and manage cap tables, equity allocations, vesting schedules, and a centralized repository of legal, financial, and investment records
• Lead fund operations including fund documentation (LPAs, subscription agreements), LP reporting, capital calls, distributions, and compliance
• Conduct investment analysis and due diligence, and manage portfolio tracking, investment accounting, and cost allocation across entities
