Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle assigned leads, make regular follow-up calls, and maintain solid communication with prospective customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills to convert leads into successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact assigned leads and provide necessary information.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments, interviews, or counselling sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Resolve basic queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead management.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
- Strong follow-up, convincing, and time management skills.
Pay: ₹8,527.61 - ₹20,000.00 per month
