Role Description
The Quick Commerce Executive will manage and optimize Toyo Kombucha’s presence across quick commerce and instant delivery platforms in the Greater Delhi Area. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and always in stock, while coordinating with internal teams and platform partners.
Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory and pricing, updating product information and promotions, tracking orders and fulfillment issues, and analyzing platform performance to identify growth opportunities. The role will also involve collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to support campaigns, improve visibility on partner apps, and enhance the customer experience. The Quick Commerce Executive is expected to maintain strong relationships with platform representatives and provide regular performance reports and insights.
Qualifications
- Experience working with quick commerce, e-commerce, or online marketplace platforms, including managing product listings and promotions.
