Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will support and manage day-to-day HR operations in DexLabs AI’s Lucknow office in a full-time, in office capacity. Responsibilities include handling employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and legal requirements. The role involves administering employee benefits, supporting performance management processes,



and assisting managers with employee relations and engagement initiatives. The specialist will coordinate recruitment activities, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting selection and hiring processes. This role also contributes to HR documentation, process improvements, and internal communications to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including HR Management and Personnel Management skills.
- Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Experience administering Employee Benefits and managing related documentation and compliance.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate HR records and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
